Bad decision no matter how you try and spin it. There was a reason we played well when Mike was healthy. You don't get rid of bright young coach because of a player at least not this early in the season. We will be rebuilding soon and Fizdale was the perfect coach for that.

You seem to think he does not- Who do you think makes the decisions?

Joe Abadi makes the decisions. Anyone with a clue knows this. Just like with Stan Meadows and Mike Hensley. Wallace is just the guy that makes all the statements. He’s basically the press secretary. Been that way for over a decade.

I don't know if there's a general manager in the league who makes fewer decisions than Chris Wallace. He used to be extremely public...would go on 92.9 all the time, etc. We never hear from him anymore.

Maybe, but his absence from 92.9 is because of Vernon not being there anymore. Wallace is on Verno's pod a lot. Maybe not weekly, but often.

Grind City Media is its own entity now. If you want to hear Hollinger and Wallace and player interviews, you have to go there. It is what it is.

According to a source, Marc Gasol felt David Fizdale was “a little bit of a [phony]” http://ble.ac/2it5abc

Who knows. That was Tillery on a podcast. Tillery is pro-Fizz, so maybe he was taking a poke at Marc. Anonymously sourced, of course.
