I just did a Google search on Frost leaving UCF and up came a bunch of articles in the last 24 hours, from Orlando, basically implying....he is gone and they know it.
Then, I went to the UCF KNIGHTS football message board...same news...they are now talking about who the new coach will be and who is staying and who is leaving for NEBRASKA. This is good timing for us. Here are the links.

It seemed obvious when he turned down the Florida job that he was headed to Nebraska.

Wow, if I was a UCF player and some of my coaches were not with the team preparing for the AAC Championship Game but instead, shopping for a house in Nebraska, I would tend to be a little disenchanted with the whole situation.

You would pretty much have to be one of the dumbest people on the planet to think a Nebraska native, whose family lives in Lincoln, that won a natty playing qb at Nebraska under Tom Osborne is not gonna leave UCF for the Nebraska job.

Not really sure what you're saying. Point was the timing of the announcement. Could have waited until Monday to let Frost coach the AAC title game and then talk to his players over the weekend and handle his business before making an official announcement.

Yes, the players probably know what's coming. Nebraska's timing just seems silly.
