Minnesota players are too used to lunch pails. Now they have to get used to oars.

RE: PJ having a mutiny?
Speaking of culture problems like we have seen with men's basketball, Gopher football seems to have what is now a long standing period of culture issues. This is not PJs fault, they have been a bunch of whiny spoiled brats up there for some time.

PJ will be fine. It will be the players that don't adjust to his style that will be on the outside.

That's kind of how I see it. Minnesota has been a rotting program for a long time now. Its going to take some time to eradicate a decade of crap

Minnesota has won an average of 6 games per season during this "decade of crap" you speak of.

Kill did a decent job there. It's Minnesota! You are not playing for national titles. You hope to beat Iowa and Wisconsin and call it a day

Most guys leave the 1st year. It's a new coaches mentality, get rid of guys and build they way they want. Teams do lose good players thru the process.

Uhh yeah, Minnesota won 4 more games last year. The fans in Minnesota got tired of PJ real quick.

I don't know PJ, but I detest his style and the image he projects. However, he did have a similar start at WMU; I'll be watching with interest.

Maybe, but PJ won't change.

When you are getting your butt kicked it has a tendency to calm you down a little bit.

Kids leave all the time when the coach that recruited them is replaced. This isn't breaking news
