To Memphis.

I tend to think some UCF fans would disagree with you.

And WSU fans would be thrilled if they just had a football team, period.

And when Marshall leaves, they'll have nothing.

Every year there are idiots that repeat this stuff. I didn’t expect it from a fan of a school that he stiffed though.

Does this conference has any rules about intra-conference transfers having to sit out an extra year?

If not, we're gonna be so screwed!

Houston 80 - Drexel 84
WSU 66 - ND 67
Temple 83 - Lasalle 87
SMU 58 - UNI 61
SMU 61 - WKU 63
UCF 43 - St John 46
UCF 59 - Mizzou 62
Tulsa 78 - Iowa State 80
USF 79 - Elon 78

Personally I'd rather Wichita and UCF take care of business against the overinflated conferences. But seeing our middle and even lower teams lose to WTF teams is probably perception wise worse. If we take care of those 9 games our RPI probably jumps up 4 spots.

P.S. Tulane's letdown to GA ST. was gut wrenching but at 11 points I don't think it's quite in the same caliber.
I think the costliest losses would be the SMU and Houston losses. Those might all end up as bad losses and end up as the difference between an NCAA bid and the NIT.

Most infuriating for me personally is WSU/ND, we snatched defeat from the jaws of victory in that one. From a conference perspective I guess you could throw the Lasalle loss in there too. If UCF was healthy I would throw their losses in too but with Taylor out expectations have to be lowered somewhat.

What constitutes a fight?

I'd put it at 0.5. Players and coaches are all sissies now.

Three wins over top 25 teams this weekend. Not bad. The Temple loss hurts but I think two steps forward, one step back is just the way it is going to be with this conference.

Yep. Was ready to call the weekend a big win until I saw the Temple score. Which isn't catastrophic, but the top of the league had really done some work this weekend, and Temple definitely hurt their at-large case with that one.

Still, 3 T25 wins, 2 on the road, is nothing to sneeze at. Baby steps.
