Knoxville sports radio
Is just a trip to listen to today. Not a journalist in the bunch, just fanboys. They are all losing it over the coaching search.

Jim Bob Cooter is the perfect name for a UTK coach.

Plan A was Gruden
Plan B was Cutcliffe
Plan C was Gundy
Probably going to make it all the way down to Plan X before they hire Tee Martin.

Jim Bob Cooter is still available.

Don't forget Jason Witten; UT approached him also.
And Schiano, fans boycotted him.

I thought they were frantic when they got Butch fired. Nothing compared to this. Kippy (don't do it!), Les Miles, the list is growing!

It seems like a lot of them want Kiffen. I hope they get him and he leaves in a year...again.

Gonna be funny when Purdue's football coach says no to them. They should interview Pat Fitzgerald.

He's so right on a lot of things. But then on a lot of other things he's just a schmuck. You either love him or hate him. I think I'm the only person that is just eh about him.

AD, the fans, bad hires, hillbillies, couch burning are all the problems.

RE: Knoxville sports radio
Settling with Tee Martin would not be good. I think they will at least give him an interview out of respect, but I find it hard to believe it would come to that. It would, however, not make the fans riot. Tee is not even the main play caller at USC. He would sink quick if he got a job at a major SEC job. Just not ready. If I am Tennessee I do whatever I can to bring back Kiffin. I think Kiffin would take it in a heartbeat.

I think he'd say no, actually. His tweets about the search kind of make it seem like he's just screwing with them.

One thing you can always rely on him to be is honest and genuine, even if it is something that you dont want to hear. In a world today of people saying the things they think people want them to say or not say, it is refreshing at least to have someone who will not be politically correct all the time. There are definitely things he does that i completely disagree with, however.

Yeah, but I think he is itching to get back to a big time job. He craves fame and fortune, and he has been very regretful of how he left Tennessee. I think he'd take a second chance. I also think he'd do really well there.
