Alabama shouldn't be in the playoff mix this year. Moving the Tide ahead of any of the expected Top 4 mentioned below would be suicide for the playoff system.

1 - Clemson - You can't leave the #1 team out
2 - Oklahoma - Heisman Trophy winner with wins over Ohio St, Okla St, TCU & Texas
3 - Wisconsin - You can't leave out an undefeated Big 10 team with wins over both Michigan & Ohio St
4 - Auburn - You can't leave out the team that just beat Bama by 12 points this late in the season

5 - Alabama
6 - Georgia
7 - Ohio St
8 - Miami
9 - USC
10 - TCU

What happens if OSU beats Wisconsin? Does Ohio State get that 4th spot with 2 losses?

Oklahoma, Auburn, Wisconsin, Miami. That's what I think.

I think eventually it's going to end up at a 8 team playoff anyway

5 bids for the P5 Champs
2 wildcards
1 for G5 Champ

The problem with Ohio State is that you never know what team is gonna show up. Is it the team that got their ass kicked by Iowa the whole game and Penn State for the first half? Or is it the team that murdered Mich St and the second half squad that beat Penn State. Same can be said about JT Barrett.

RE: Playoff disaster?
Wisconsin is going to lose and Alabama is getting in.

What we hope was going to be chaos will actually be the committee's wet dream:

Clemson, Auburn, Alabama, Oklahoma
