Good night for CMU Hoops!
The ladies knocked off Iowa State to win the Junkanoo Jam in the Bahamas. Presley Hudson earned tournament MVP. 02-13-banana

The men just finished winning the Great Alaska Shootout -- apparently the 40th and last one-- by beating CSU - Bakersfield 75-72. We were a little sloppy, including going cold at the FT line late (we were leading the country in FT %, probably not now), but held on to win as CSU-B missed their final two 3pt attempts of the game.

Between this and the comeback by the football team, it's been a great weekend to be a Chippewa. Fire Up Chips!

I’m sorry CE, but I still wake up screaming and in night sweats that Dan Enos is still our football coach and Dave Heeke is offering him a 4 year contract extension after another 3-9 or 6-6 season and bowl loss...

I hope I can overcome the PTSD those Enos years inflicted on me. :banghead03-razz

Hawks, relax! Take some, Atenolol, or your blood pressure is going to rupture an artery! Anus Enos is dead as far as we're concerned. He'll be selling life insurance to the terminally ill. And that phucking traitor, Heeke? After a year of listening to Mr. Surup, Arizona will learn he's nothing but window dressing.

Enos didn't bother me all that much. He was what he was: a very average coach but a pretty good recruiter. Now DeBord... 01-lauramac2

I know CE. But now that Enos is looking for a job again after his boss getting canned at Arkansas, I have nightmares of a green and white moving van pulling back into Midland...
Maybe he can go work again with his buddy at Northern Michigan? 05-stirthepot

Not a bad idea, Hawks. They have "green" in their colors. Enos will help them down to the NAIA.
