Want to cheer up your day? Just look up some Jarvion highlights on YouTube. Too bad CMU removed most every WMU v CMU game from the last several years, but you can still find some great ones of him destroying them.

RE: Jarvion Franklin "Thank You" Thread...
Why has Franklin fallen off the radar since the end of the season? Does anyone know if he's injured or is not interested in the NFL?

First he got very little postseason accolades in the form of all-MAC selections. Then, no invites to all-star games. He's not on any draft boards.

He had 1228 rushing yards and 11 TDs this year. 4,867 yards and 52 TDs in his career. All while battling through several injuries and having to put the whole team on his back at times because of other injuries in the offense. The dude is a work horse. Beast mode. Why no love??

While we're on the topic, what's the deal with Spillane as well? Thought he would get some looks at least.

Career stats:

4 year starter. 312 tackles, 32.5 TFL, 10 sacks, 4 INTs, 1 TD, 9 PD, 3 FF, 2 FR.

He missed time his sophomore year as well.

I also thought Asantay Brown would be getting looks as a strong safety, but I've heard nothing.

Brown's career:

4 year starter. 307 tackles, 18 TFL, 6.5 sacks, 4 INTs, 1 TD, 14 PD, 7 FF, 3 FR.

Agree that all of these guys should be getting looks. Seems odd.

Really surprised about Jarvion. Never thought Spillane or Brown had a shot, but Jarvion is the real deal.

It doesn't help that this is one of the deepest RB classes in recent history.

I did see Wyatt Pfeifer sign a deal with an NFL agent.

I suspect his injury history and reputation as a fumbler had something to do with his not being invited to All-Star games.

Franklin runs sub 4.5 at the combine and pro day, scouts will start licking their chops. Its a deep RB class, but I am convinced he is definitely good enough to be a pro.

And no offense to Tion Green, but if he can get carries in a NFL game, Jarvion Franklin should definitely be able to do so.

Our football video crew really needs to cut it out with EVERYTHING in slow motion. Come on, guys. We have speed and power - show it in real time. They couldn't pull the video of Jarvion trucking that Central player at the 5 yd line? Or that catch and run against NIU?
