Report: Florida has moved on from Chip Kelly....
From the article:

With Kelly out of the picture, the Gators likely will focus on Central Florida coach Scott Frost. All along, the second-year coach of the Knights has been on Florida’s radar and was considered within the industry to be the most likely successor to Jim McElwain in Gainesville. Frost’s undefeated UCF team is playing South Florida on Friday afternoon for the title in the American Athletic Conference East Division.

With Florida and Kelly no longer a possibility, UCLA is the increasingly likely new destination for the former coach of the Oregon Ducks — if Kelly returns to coaching. He could still remain in an analyst role at ESPN, where he has spent this season.

Kelly met with UCLA officials Tuesday, according to multiple reports. The Bruins fired coach Jim Mora on Sunday and immediately jumped into the Kelly sweepstakes.

UCLA plays its final regular-season game Friday against California. Florida ends its season Saturday against Florida State.

There's a remote chance Nebraska might also be interested in Frost.

C. Kelly is hired by UCLA per ESPN

Riley is fired by Nebraska per ESPN

Frost will not be coaching UCF come January 1st in the NY6 game. He's too hot a commodity.

Starting to look like when the music stops there are going to be some unhappy fan bases.

Florida has missed on Chip and at least one report that Scott has rebuffed overtures from Florida.
Mullen has issued statement saying he's staying at Miss St which may be the case or may be part of his negotiation strategy.

If Gus isn't ready to flee to the hills of Fayetteville we could see Arkansas and Tennessee battling for Norvell.

Have to think that one of Arkansas, Tennessee, and Florida isn't hiring someone who was on the fans daydream list when they got the news the coach was fired.

03-hissyfit I tend to agree. I know he likes it here, and will get a decent raise, but you have to jump when the pot is hot. 4.5 to 6 mil per year at UF will be hard to pass up. 07-coffee3

It doesn’t bode well how they treated their last few coaches

Doesn't help UT or UF's cause that they fancy themselves as Alabama when neither program is at that level anymore. They could get back there with the right hire, but it'll be really tough with UGA looking to be on the upswing.
