Has WKU had any better back to back days in hoops! We need to relocate to the Bahamas, our guys love that place... I was afraid we would be dead tired tonight but should have known this team would gut out a win...We have something special brewing with this team....what needs to happen now is BG needs to support this team in numbers now until rest of season.....

CUSA does appear to be vastly improved from last year....one can hope we can get that dual bid to the NCAAs.

We tied UCF for most wins ever in this tournament with 2.....Only 2 CUSA teams have won 2 games in this tournaments history, your turn MTSU!

You might want to fast forward to the 39 minute game time mark. Actually, it’s worth watching the last 3-4 minutes when Lamonte Bearden took over allowing Jake Ohmer to hit the game winner.

SMU kept a 3-7 point lead most of the game. Biggest lead was 10 at 52-42. They had a freshman power forward that went 3-3 behind the 3 point line. Every time we’d make a run he’d nail another shot. Good looking kid.

I watched SMU in the tourney last year against USC I believe. They’re an odd built team but the thing I noticed most was their length. They make passing tough. They also ate our 2-3 zone alive with great interior passing. As soon as we went into it Jankovich didn’t need to call a timeout. His kids knew exactly how to attack it. I was impressed with that. I think they’ll be solid in a very, very tough AAC.

Hopefully they start rolling people and it turns out to be a good win. Purdue made our win against them look a little better by drilling Arizona last night.
