I wonder whether this gentleman was a candidate for the W&M job.

If he was, I wonder why he wasn't chosen.

W&M and Richmond have made new AD hires at the same time. Here's hoping that both are successful, and maybe ... just maybe ... W&M and Richmond will band together, and sell themselves as a package, in the coming years with the coming changes. That will require an upgrade to men's hoops at the College.

Regardless, think this guy gets it?

Interesting thought but since when has UR considered W&M when taking decisions on anything?

Wow I like this guy. Don't get me wrong I'm a fan of Huge but Hardt seems to actually be willing to say what I've thought for years and just seems like common sense.

Unfortunately Tribal is right. Richmond has constantly thumbed their nose at W&M partnerships.

Maybe UR should have hired this guy a year ago - then maybe Danny Rocco wouldn't have left.
