What would he pardon her for when his own AG won't initiate an investigation due to needing a factual basis?

"Factual basis". You're missing the important part.

Granted, this wasn't a direct quote for the exact same question, but I don't see how I'm drastically misrepresenting what he said. He was lobbed a softball from a GOP congressman, listing all the causes for prosecution you'd find from some of our more conspiracy minded conservatives here, and ultimately said he'd need a factual basis which falls under the guidelines to appoint a special prosecutor. I suppose you could argue the guidelines to appoint the special prosecutor are the issue and that he has the factual basis, but then why isn't he move forward with a criminal case?

Fact is, if she's a criminal, this GOP administration should go after her. If not, they need to shut up about it because the only people who are ultimately responsible at this point for such an egregious criminal walking the streets are the GOP. His testimony only furthers that position.

My goodness.

Killing a couple (or not killing them) of crap Turkeys, even that gets the socialist left in a lather.

Hahaha, do you ever just take a day off of defending the Cank or whomever, and take a shower? Go see a movie or to the zoo? Lol

Relax. Sit back. And enjoy this flight. Only gonna be 7+ more years...

My point is that appointment of a prosecutor requires a specific fact situation not required to conduct just any investigation, and as I heard the question he was denying the former, not the latter.

Your point about no prosecution is a good one. Remember that Trump was good buds with the Clintons for years, and Sessions was in the senate with her, so both have shared establishment status with her, and those ties often run deeper than blood or water. But I think I’ve expressed agreement before with your larger point. Either start prosecuting her or stop calling her a criminal. Of course the statute may have run on her most egregious offense, unless the Vince Foster case can be made. Hmmm, the memory of Vince may suggest another reason for not prosecuting.

insisting that the AG was saying that there were no facts to support the investigation for appointment of a special investigator when, in fact, he was merely stating what the requirements were for the appointment of a special investigator is a drastic misrepresentation of what he said. and you did it a lot. a lot.

I am somewhat gratified to see that you now admit your error. I presume we won't be seeing you spew that particular line of utter horseshit any longer. I rejoice at the improvement of mankind, no matter how tiny it may be.

ah. I neglected to highlight one additional point.

you were able to discover your defect all by yourself, without me providing "proof", or "evidence", or any of the ridiculous demands you were making upon me before you would finally unfuck yourself.

hopefully, we won't have a replay of that whole passive-aggressive line of unreasoning. I'm totally not here to do your homework.
