I agree. No 3 loss team should be ahead of an undefeated team. I have nothing against MSU and would like to see them do well but I just don't agree with that. (I guess I should look at the poll before I respond )

That is a bad recipe. Too many biases and subjectivity. You have lost 3 games so you are not elite. UCF may not be elite but we don't know. I say give them a shot.

Boise State will play Fresno State twice in the next two weeks I believe.

So if they win, they beat an 8-3 then an 8-4 team.

We would beat East Carolina then either a 10-1 and ranked USF team or a ranked and 11-0 UCF team.

We would be 11-1, Boise State 11-2.

It would be grotesque if we slipped behind them if we knock off either of our Florida schools and end with one loss. The missed game and likely win over Georgia State looms a bit. Could Boise State pass us this week with a win, then precedent set, is pass them back with a win over USF...UCF?

Need to beat up on ECU is the unfortunate point.

Who is "they"? I watched the whole revelation show from 6:00 to 7:00pm, and those guys never talked about anyone outside the top 10. They mentioned us and UCF when the reveal happened, didn't even utter the word "boise", and then never dipped below the 10 spot.

Boise isn't getting past whomever wins the AACCG ... not even if we lose to East Carolina and win it.

Committee values good wins over any sort of loss. Boise has no real good wins.

Oh, I wasn't doubting you, I really wanted to know who "they" was. My second sentence was more about my disgust that they act like we aren't even there. They literally never even said the word "bosie". Just like the treatment we got last week. They actually mentioned us this week, and of course mentioned Norvell's name as well as UCF and Coach Frost's name (so transparent what they are doing there).

An undefeated team with any sort of decent schedule should have to be eliminated on the field, not in a conference room. It's just bull****!
