Not me, I love the guy. But a NFL franchise, yea. Three strikes and he will be at the end of the bench. IMO.

Yep. The Broncos suck. I told my buddy in the preseason that whoever won the job actually lost having to play behind that awful O line.

Unless they upgrade their line significantly in the offseason, it might be best for Paxton that they part ways.

nah... 3 starts is nothing especially when not consecutive games much less over 2 seasons, 2 coaches, and coming off an injury where he didn't practice for a few months. If Denver is going nowhere this year then just let him play out the season. If he doesn't respond then you know.

Unless he’s awful I believe the plan is for him to finish the season to see if he’s part of the future or not. Hopefully he plays with confidence because he’s a good player

I like the Lane Kiffin idea.

But I think we are two hires away from being on a plane where that would work.

If you get two more Fuenete's/Norville's in a row four at least two years each then you are in position to hire a coach that might stay awhile.

We need to prove sustainability.

We continue to rise to the top for the next four years then perceptions will change.

Memphis might be viewed as a football school.
