Is there still a pretty strong contingent of alum that sit behind the visitors in section 23? If so, does anyone have, or know of, extra tickets for that section I could buy? I'm coming from South Carolina and will be bringing my son to his first Rocket game, much like my father did me. My son is a 3rd generation Rocket (hopefully) and I'd love to make the experience special. My most memorable experiences were sitting there with Ranger and the gang harassing the opponent with air raid sirens and reverse beepers. Any information regarding tickets, tailgating, etc. is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

didn't read the prior post about UT tickets being $9.20 - and that it was for one day only. Went out to buy a couple of tickets (not sure if brother in law is going or not) and they are no longer for sale at that price. Plan on getting there early and looking around for a ticket or two to buy. I would suspect there will be a lot of them around with students headed home, others traveling, and all those looking for Black Friday sales by trudging through piles of people in foul moods. Cyber Monday is better.

That's where I sit.....wouldn't call it 'strong'.....quality over quantity is the phrase?
