Is Jeff Jones doing a coaches show this year? I have not see any information about it.

I think they cancelled it last year. Don't think they have decided to start it back up.

Bummer. Hard to believe we no longer have a coaches show. That was a staple for decades.

Ok, thanks. I had wondered what was happening. It is a bummer.

Is a coaches show worth the $60,000 a year we were paying Jones for it (this number also includes pre- and postgame shows, can't find a breakdown)

It is not hard to believe at all. Nobody called in during the shows and hardly anyone came to the broadcast location when it was being broadcast. It was a no brainier actually.

When they started having them at Dave and Busters the turnout dwindled. The traffic
that time of day in the Lynnhaven Mall corridor was ugly. The show needed to be updated. They should have solicited questions by Facebook, Twiiter, email and the like. That way it could have been broadcast from the studio. Lots of people do not like to call in and hear their own voice.

They canceled the Women's coaches show too.
