What efforts are there from the Mexican Government to stop the killing of American citizens? Does Mexico have Border Patrole agents preventing illegal crossings and murder of American Border controle Agents?
IMO, advocating the killing of Americans is a Declaration or War.

Back in 2006, in one of the Texas counties along the border, deputies were chasing drug smugglers. These drug smugglers had security in the form of a Mexican Army Humvee with soldiers. They were armed with automatic weapons. They kept there weapons trained on the deputies until they crossed back into Mexico. One of the vehicles with drugs got stuck in the Rio Grande. It was unloaded while the Mexican Army provided cover. The vehicle was then lit on fire.

That is one of many examples of Police and Military from Mexico crossing into the US illegally, to help cartels.

Has Mexico Government lifted a finger to help in this investigation? Is this the place American Companies want to move to? Perhaps Carrier will be pro active in telling the Mexican “Government” that this is unacceptable.
American Companies working out of Mexico need to be held accountable for where they do business and who they do business with! If they take no action or position, then they are enabling the criminals.

We need to build this wall and it needs to happen sooner rather than later.

If they aren't going to build the wall, put the US military down there defending the border and kill every Mexican that tries to come across. It'll stop the border jumping quickly.

Sure, you couple the wall with fixed and aerial surveillance and when a tunnel appears apparent you flood it, then cap each end with concrete.
