Looking ahead a bit...
IF we get past MSU, a match up between the winner of New Hampshire and (#2) Indiana looms.
New Hampshire has already upset (#15) Dartmouth, and also notably beat Albany during their regular season schedule 2-1.
Akron is also still alive on the other side of the bracket.
The road ahead is very interesting.

I think in soccer anything can happen. Games are almost always close, and it is a break here or there which makes the difference. Of course there is a difference between the teams, some you can watch and see maintain control better, and get more chances. Those teams increase their chances of scoring and winning, but because of the margins of error in a game, anyone can win.
I have a heightened interest in the soccer tournament this year because of us being in the thing, so I watched several games, or parts of them, on ESPN3. From my observation, we should be able to play competitively with anyone. I like the fact that we have such a tight group with solid senior leadership. But to a certain extent it is like a coin flip game from this point forward. I certainly wouldn't bet against us though.
