Maybe its is time to just relax and see if Coach Tubby can get to 20+ as this is expected for a second year coach.

Give him a chance.

He's a HOF coach.

Exposito works his ass off, Pooh and Saul suck ass but are at least not as butt ******* ugly as Butch Pierre.

This dude is other worldly ugly.

Dude makes Popeye Jones look like Sylvester Stallone.

It's a bad look, breh.

A bad look.

Enjoy the games, but I have no illusions about this season. It's going to be tough.

No, they aren't. What you see today is the result of 4 going on and into the 5th year of sub par basketball from the top down.

Yes, its only Tubby's second year but the last 2-3 years of Paz plays into this as well.

The single biggest reason Tubby has so little support is that he and his staff have absolutely not been able to recruit at all. We dont see a bright future for the talent level in the program.

22-12 with an 8-12 seed and a first weekend exit from the NCAA tournament tournament every 2-3 years won't cut it here. Not with the support and resources and tradition thus program has at its disposal.

Back to back bad / ill fitting hires has really eroded Tiger basketball. Its a real shame to see it mismanaged for so long.

Agree, the good news is Dr Rudd has a high standard and expects achievement of the standard. It gives me hope he — along with major boosters - will do what it takes to restore us to relevancy. Meanwhile, regular Tiger fans can hunker down and ride out the storm while supporting the team.

See what these kids can do. Enjoy watching that. Fired or retired, Tubby is a short term coach no matter the outcome. Always has been. I can't get too cranked up about that. I like Tubby and I hope he goes out on top. Team lqcks the talent we've had here before, but they showed some heart coming back against UALR. I'm going to try to.enjoy watching them.

Interesting question. I get that this is intended to be a basketball-related thread, but it also applies to football...or our fan base as a whole. I'll reserve judgement until after we see how many fans show up for today's football game to watch a team that's ranked #17/#18/#21 with an 8-1 record and a chance to clinch the AAC West with a victory.

That'll say a lot about how fickle we are.

Being the resident CJP fan I have to correct you, you can crap on his last 2 seasons, they were by far his worst and mediocre at best. But his year before those 2 he went 24-10 and won a tournament game . . . Sure he could have done better but that's not a "bad" year. And he beat Louisville 2x that year, I think it was that year. Anyways

Football attendance is somewhat a result of all the weeknight games. People never got in the habit of spending a Saturday at the game.
