Race actually is. Most African Americans are 25-30% European. There may be more genetic differences between two adjacent African tribes than between a Swede and a Chinese.

She was actually unbigoted, explaining that there are various forms of diversity. 12 white, blue eyed, blonde haired guys could be rich, poor, straight, gay, Jewish, Catholic, smart, dumb, well, ill, Democrat, Republican, Norwegian or South African.

She was truthful, because well...its an accurate statement.

She didn't mean any offense to anyone not white, blue-eyed, or blonde.

So she got fired for an unbigoted, inoffensive, truth.
