Now the question is, why would God create a plant that would alter procreation?

I checked the YouTube and didn't see them, but does he have a list of his sources he used? Endocrinology is an amazingly complex subject matter and I don't know if a YouTube video citing clear Twitter trolls is a source one should really accept on the matter.

I don't use soy protein nor does my diet really contain any significant amount of it, but are you really taking advice on endocrinology from an unsourced YouTube video?
