B) I do think Shea Patterson will transfer. He will be highly sought after.
C) He ain't coming to Memphis. See point B (and Norvell ain't gonna be here)

If Ole Miss gets another year of bowl ban, then Patterson can be looking at going his entire college career without going to a bowl game. Also, SEC would make it harder for Patterson to transfer to another SEC school. Patterson's final 3 were supposedly Alabama, LSU and Ole Miss.

Patterson's dad has been pretty loyal to Freeze, and the dad blames Houston Nutt for having a vendetta. But, the dad has also said he asked Freeze about the NCAA investigation again before Shea signed, and Freeze assured him there was nothing to it, that it was all minor stuff.

Unlike coaches of the past, I do think Coach Norvell sees himself as a “Memphis Guy” who has a bit of an emotional connection to the area. If he knows he can get the right guys in place maybe he will stay.

Also, don't get your hopes up that Norvell is staying. It'll just set you up to be all emotional when the breakup occurs. We don't want to be that crazy side chick that calls 50 times in the middle of the night drunk asking what we can do to stay together. Its just going to be embarrassing.

Yep, if Shae transfers here and has 2 years of eligibility, that’s 2 more years Norvell will have and could make him the most sought after coach in the country
