I like how he praised his Navy teammates and coaches when discussing his transfer to Memphis.

Super kid

Unlike the Lawson’s

He’s a winner and happy he’s coming home

So is this how Navy games the system

Stashing fifth year seniors at pep schools who obviously have no academic deficiencies

Not gaming the system.. fairly common, particularly on the east coast. At the top prep/boarding schools they call it a PG year. Those type of schools have the resources to truly cover much of the intro level colllege stuff in small class sizes and provide special prep for AP/IB credits so you really don’t lose much as a student.

You ain't getting out of the academy early... So yeah I would say you are losing a year and I am sure the kids was already a great student just not ready on the football field and I wonder if the he had to pay tuition

I believe the story says he attended a prep school.

Can't find any video on him on YouTube but....as they say....you can't have too many quarterbacks on your roster.

Looks like he brings a different skill set. Could also use him as a running back.
A guy with his character and intelligence will be an asset to our team.
