Part of the plan for developing a streaming service should include developing an app that will be available on Roku, Apple TV, and/or available to be downloaded for streaming all games/sports on a Smart TV. All my TV viewing is already done via antenna for local stations but mostly through internet cable. I don't subscribe to cable TV or satellite TV. The future is definitely streaming so USM had better embrace it and run with it now! ESPN and the big three networks are already feeling the bite of steaming. It would make me happy to see ESPN go down like the Titanic! They are a BIG reason we were left behind in realignment.

Sorry, BBR, but as much as I dislike those three entities, they didn't have the power to prevent us from being a part of a beneficial realignment. However, ESPN was actively playing the part of kingmaker behind the scenes, all based on location and supposed number of potential viewers. Hence, Tulane, Tulsa, Memphis, and others who had less success than us were elevated to a better conference with a sweeter ESPN deal. That's not to say that our inept leadership didn't play a big part in causing us to miss the realignment ship as well.

SEC refs though.
