I don't know exactly but they played on his AAU team and then transferred to play on his school team. Thinking thats a no no.

Well, that doesn't seem fair.

I think the issue is that the HS coach cant be the AAU coach. I dont think that Penny is listed officially as their Team Penny coach, but the reality might be that he does coach it. I think he was getting away with it for a bit, but now the TSSAA is cracking down on them.
