Quote:Odom has also said, after MU played Kansas in an exhibition basketball game, that he thinks the Tigers and Jayhawks should play “every year in every sport because it’s pretty awesome.”

Hopefully something happens here too.

Well if that isn't a huge middle finger to KU then I don't know what is.

I'm excited for both Missouri and Kansas State. Kudos to the Wildcats for scheduling the Tigers!! If I were Mizzou, I would just ignore Kansas. Getting K-State is huge!!

Maybe KSU just wants an easy P5 win. Or they could schedule North Dakota St. and risk a loss.

As my parents and my uncle were all K State grads (my dad and uncle played freshmen basketball there) I think this is fantastic. K State is happy to step in and represent the State in a new "border war." This is a fine replacement for that, and I hope it turns into a long series.

Kansas State has been scheduling in football multiple future games with the SEC and the PAC12 in addition to the Vandy game this year. It is good to see them including Mizzou.

Just wondering if KSU is trying to build external relationships if/when more B12 defections happen?

Wrong Kansas school, but Kansas has been really sensitive regarding teams that left the Big 12.

Glad the two schools could work it out either way.
