TL;DR version, suggests a fantasy world where promotion/relegation happens in the Power 5. In this version, specifically advocates for:

ACC - UNC relegated, UCF promoted
Big XII - Kansas relegated, Memphis promoted
SEC - Vandy relegated, USF promoted
B1G - Illinois relegated, ND State promoted

The biggest question I have in this is how UNC at 2-8 and just plain awful has a Sag Rating of 77...what in the world metric would ever say there are 53 teams worse than them this year.

That's a fantasy world alright. Not a knock on the AAC teams doing well - it's a knock on the so called P5.

I think almost all of us would get promoted, eventually. Too bad it will never happen. None of the freeloaders in the P5 would ever vote for it.
