Temple - UCF
This game could be a huge trap game for UCF. a road game in a cold environment. Temple seems to have found its way. Temple needs game to be bowl eligible. Knights could be looking at USF game.

Knights will be coming off a loss so I think you'll be in some trouble...

Is USF taking UCONN's place today? Sorry, I missed that.

Didn't Temple get embarrassed at home by UCONN this year? Maybe you missed that too.

Allow ECU to play Paper to UCONN's Rock to Temple's Scissors.

Yes, losing to UConn is very embarrassing. Won’t happen again, k?

There are a couple of last second finishes between these two teams over the past few years. Could be a good one.

At this point, every game scares me. Could be playing 8 weeks in a row, the pressure of getting every team's best shot, Frost focusing on the newborn, or too much comfort settling in on the UCF sideline... but we haven't been nearly as sharp these last four games as the first 5. Most of this is on the defensive side of the ball, but the offense has had some problems finishing drives lately as well.

No offense to Temple or UConn, but I really hope UCF doesn't fall victim to the trap game. For the legitimacy of our conference with the national media and CFP committee, we really need an undefeated UCF vs. 1-loss USF, then the winner of that game playing 1-loss Memphis in the championship game.

This. A UCF loss is devastating to the conference at this point. I wish USF would have stayed unbeaten as well.

RE: Temple - UCF
I think a 1 loss UCF team is no different than 1 loss Memphis or 1 loss USF. One of those 3 gets the ACCESS Bowl. Yeah be great if an undefeated UCF showed up at the bowl, to keep the conversation going, but AAC holds the trump card and being in 3 or 4 consecutive ACCESS Bowls will do more to solidify the league's position in P6 conversations. Be good to win most of those games, too. UCF needs not to over-pressure itself with one game on the line this year. AAC needs linear success as a league.

So we have permission to win this week?

Granted.

So it is said, so it shall be done.

A lost to Temple is not devastating to UCF's NY6 hopes. Let's face it, the way they are rigging these polls, UCF doesn't have a chance at the playoffs this year. As long as the AAC doesn't send a 2 loss champ, a 1 loss champ is getting in the NY6 bowl.

Temple has gotten better as the season has gone on... the QB switch has helped tremendously...

'Switch' which was because Marchi is injured.
