The AAC is having a good SEASON. One season doesn't separate them.

And yet, any CUSA, MAC, or belt school would jump at the chance to join if invited at any point in the past 3 years. Funny how that works.

One good season? lol. Might want to brush up on your history. This year will likley be the third NYD bowl the AAC has participated in during its short 5 year existence (2-0 so far). The AAC has had multiple teams ranked at some point of every season. Its had 4 different teams ranked this year. Did the same in 2015. Its had 3 teams in the polls at the same time in 2015 and 2017. Finished the year with 3 in the CFP poll in 2015. Finished with 2 in the final CFP poll in 2016. Have 2 in the current 2017 CFP poll. Not to mention being a multi-bid basketball conference every year and already having a basketball national championship skin on the wall.

Not bad for a league that hasn't even completed its 5th year of existence. No other G5 is even close.

CUSA school yes.

MAC schools is not automatic. Nobody wants to increase their operating budget by 20 million per year for a measly 2 mil per school payout.

As a MAC guy, I have no interest in moving to a Conference that is unstable....
