The Washington Times? Whose current headlines are "It's ok to be white campaign rankles higher education" and "NFL take-a-knee protests boil down to two liberal cities"? Color me skeptical of their "sources".

You just implied that the FBI/Comey/Clapper reached conclusions without doing any investigation.

One would have thought that much of the investigation to reach the opinion/conclusion would have taken place before the opinion/conclusion was reached

Here we are a year later and 90% of it is still just innuendo and suppositions.... and the 'support' has turned to simply arguing that the opinions haven't been totally debunked (and arguably therefore must be accepted as fact)... Sort of like how the Christian right argues that since God's existence can't be totally disproved, it must be accepted by everyone as a fact.

every charge of russian "collusion" is based on the "russian dossier", which has been (A) proven to be not only fake, but a fictitious political hit job (B ) paid for by the clinton campaign, ( C)upon which a special investigator was appointed, (D) who is indicting people for (E & F) "crimes" that weren't "committed" before the illegitimate investigation began, and the (C, again) improperly appointed special investigator started (G) interrogating innocent people.

someone, or many someone(s), involved in one of A through G belongs in prison.

so, here's the wind up; we're prosecuting people for their political beliefs. plain and simple. worse, they're presumed guilty based on false evidence, and they're presumed guilty until proven innocent.

the puritans, philosophical antecedents of today's liberals, burned women at the stake for witchcraft using exactly this method.

Plenty of the claims of Russian collusion have nothing to do with that dossier, are you just making things up?

plenty of CLAIMS, yes.... but I think most of us are looking for more than mere 'claims'.

I remember the National Inquirer CLAIMING that Bill Clinton had an alien love child.

Having said that, this dossier is what Democrats have really hung their hat on, including as i said, 'claims' that nothing in it has been refuted... which if course is a back-handed way of claiming that it is therefore true, ignoring that it is often hard to prove something didn't happen.

Thankfully, people in general aren't stupid.

I mean seriously... If Trump is the person (and his family are the people) you guys keep claiming he is, why can't you pin anything significant or without all sorts of leaps of logic on him?

Mostly because I suspect you know there is nothing, but you also know that SOME people ARE stupid... and those people are easier to manipulate and those people's votes count just as much as smart people's votes
