My son said the team feels confident about it. Heck..... we are undefeated against them since the program came back, might as well keep that streak alive....Bucs win

This is homecoming for them. Would be nice to ruin it.

Interesting, as there is this quote in the JC Press preview article:

And Bucs cannot do anything but get blown out on the road.

I turned it off when we decided we didn't care enough to try. A little over a minute left in the first half, we have the ball around our 40, three timeouts, and we intentionally run the ball and attempt to burn the time off the clock without the slightest effort to score.

I realize we were down 35-7, but there is no excuse to waive the white flag. Run your two-minute offense, get field goal. Little things like that might mean something next week. When the coaches don't care, don't expect the players to.

I can handle losing to a ranked team on the road. I cannot tolerate a lack of coaching effort.

I agree. I didn't turn it off (but was multi-tasking). I was quite frankly shocked at that. I hope someone in the press asks Torbush about that. I'm sure he'll have an answer, but I can't imagine it'll be adequate.

I cannot handle being so seemingly unprepared on road games. We are not a first year team anymore.

I'm finished with ETSU football until they get rid of the OC and I put blame on Torbush for letting the offense get in the miserable shape it's in.

The offense is putrid.

My family travels to JC to attend the games. It cost $1200 for season tickets plus our hotel room and food. No more. We will not buy season tickets next year. Will only come for homecoming unless changes are made in the coaching staff.

I've read and heard from Torbush about using games as measuring sticks. Well, my measuring stick tells my the Bucs have not improved at all on the offensive side of the ball.

After Chattanooga whacks them next week, the Bucs will finish with a worst record than last year.

This poor season, IMO, could have a bad effect on recruiting and definitely damage season ticket sales.

The lack of an offense and the terrible play calling has been totally unfair to the players, the students, the fans and all the businesses that have faithfully supported the startup football team

Agree. The running up the middle on first and second down to produce 3rd and 9 doesn’t work. The only reason we scored against Samford is we started throwing on first down on that drive and Samford was totally unprepared for it.
