Id guess that it will be on the alternative SEC channel, rather than the main SEC network channel, but will be delighted if I'm wrong.

We should be on the main SEC network. Only other SEC game listed for that time is Wofford at South Carolina so that will probably get the alternate. Or maybe they go by region to determine? If that's true our area should get the Florida game on the main SEC network.

What's on the alternate vs. "real" channel varies by market. I would imagine in Birmingham it will be on the main channel since Auburn is on CBS and Alabama is at noon

No need to quit. Hopefully Florida quit on themselves and we’ll get the W. We have to beat a good UTSA team first.

I'll have to hunt for the broadcast online either way.
I'm 2 steps removed from having SEC Network.
This weekend it looks like I will be listening to the soothing sounds of David Crane.

What kind of TV coverage do you have? I can't find a service that doesn't include it. Even the streaming online services carry it.

Oh right on. I pay $40 a month for "DirecTV Now," and it gets you the ESPNs and the Fox Sports channels, and they've even added our local NBC and ABC affiliates (if you're in the Birmingham area) over the past few months. Only local affiliate I'm missing right now is CBS. They have CBS shows on demand, but no live TV. That $40 also includes HBO and the login works with HBO Go and all of the other cable TV apps I've tried to use (Disney, WatchESPN, etc). The only downside I've found so far is the lack of BeIN Sports, but I'm not going back to Sling just for that. I'll listen to UAB games on the radio.

I prefer the alternate network. That's because earlier game on primary network might run late or go to OT.

I will be very curious what the line is in this game. Anything higher than 14 and I'm loading up.

I believe there are 2 SEC Network alternates. If the early game runs over, they will likely start this game on the second SEC Alternate or on WatchESPN.
The early game is Mercer @ Bama at 11am, though. I guess it is possible for that game to run over a little, but longer than 4 hours? That seems unlikely. I guess anything is possible, but I doubt an FCS team with a losing record will give Bama a whole lot of issues. It seems more likely that they would cut off the end of that game and jump over to the UAB game, especially if it's out of hand.
