OSU at 11 is a joke. They were DESTROYED by 31 points.

I hate polls who disregard things that actually take place on the football field and who the games are between.

Can someone tell me where SDSU is ranked? I havent located them yet.

They can and will...... and this is the better of the three. The problem is that the AP and coaches hold on to the preseason bias poll. A lot harder to get a P6 to move high because they have to come from being unranked in the beginning of the season. You put UCF at 15 preseason, then they are top 5 this week......whether deserved or not...... this just shows the fallacies of these polls. AP and coaches are very hesitant to have someone jumped or dropped if they win. They only move down with a loss.

Look how long it took for them to finally remove FSU. I'm surprised they aren't receiving votes now after beating Syracuse at home for the 3 and 5 record.

Pleasantly surprised they dropped Penn State behind UCF.

Also, Wisconsin who hasn't played or beat a single good team is #3 lol.

I hate preseason polls as much as anyone here but any poll that raises or drops teams based on who wins and loses without taking into account opponents, actual resume' and so on is a joke.

UCF at 12 is based on their record as well, and I don't think they'ed beat some of the teams behind them but at least they have a win over a team that is ranked.

Bowl season... that's what worries me. If we can win 3 or 4 bowl games.. This will truly have been a great year for this conference.

As long as we win the Access Bowl, I'm not too concerned about the rest of the record. Don't get me wrong...it'd be nice to do well, but only 1 game REALLY matters.
