Nope 1 observation. Would you like me to break down the game and include it as a side note so I don't get judged by you?

I thought he looked animated as well ... maybe about "not losing focus" ... boys played great tonight - all facets of the game. offense, defense, special teams.

Penalties tho. We gotta correct those or we won't win the conference.

I've seen norvell get busy on the sidelines before in other games...I think he knew how important this game was and he was coaching his ass off.

07-coffee3 I think it was a flag happy crew working the game. We had 10 penalties and Tulsa had 14.

Me too, they were whistle happy...I hate when officials call games like that and should let the borderline stuff go.

They called a lot of odd penalties. A bunch of illegal downfield penalties. I’m wondering if that is now a point of emphasis?

That's just Norvell keeping them focused. They have something extra special going here. Like in '15 before it came crashing down. If there is a silver lining about '15 situation is that Norvell and alot of players are still around that remember the ending and what could have been.

We were not sharp in the first half. Penalties hurt. Dropped balls an missed throws. He tried to call timeout and couldn’t stripes attention.

All together we had something like 3 TDs that should ave been on the board. He was animated because he wants to see 4 Qs of amped up offense 9 games into the season.

We do lots of really good things but we still have not seen the complete Scary Memphis Norvell knows is there.

Agree. I think we play, overall, pretty well in every area.

He didn’t look anymore animated than he’s been all season to me.

Bye week then SMU.

10-1 and a spot in the CCG is squarely in their sights.

It's all right there in front of thus team and coaching staff.
