PragerU sues YouTube and Google for censorship

Interesting case. YouTube is being sued for censoring conservative viewpoints even on topics such as the Korean War which are not hot topics. May be some grounds based on an earlier ruling quoting Kennedy and Ginsburg.

Could be some sort of remedy relating to false advertising separate from what their more broad reaching free speech claims. If YouTube isn't following its own policies on what is allowable they could be vulnerable. Even though the makers aren't paying YouTube, they are investing in the videos and YouTube is profiting from the advertising.
