FAU Could Be A Monster If Kiffin Manages To Stay For Several Years
Up 13-0 early on Marshall. They had over 800 yards on offense against UNT. A couple of years recruiting mainly in Florida and the availability to get in just about any recruit, FAU could make a push to aTop 25 team if thy an secre some decent P5 OOC games and wins.

FAU sold their soul to take all of the recruits that even the P5 football factories couldn’t stomach to keep.

What a conference we’re in.... they are playing a school who takes 5 or 6 non qualifiers a year. Pretty much means they can’t sign their names on the SAT.

Not sure some can't tell CAT from SAT. But the NFL needs a minor league so what are you going to do.

I think he is winning that gamble. Sure would hate to be his successor.

Yeah, Matt Rhule is learning that lesson the hard way.

Yeah, Matt Rhule is learning that lesson the hard way.

How many players did Baylor release via the fiasco? Looking at their juniors from last year, it looks like they lost at least 7 of 22, and one more to the draft.

I remember that they essentially lost all their 2017 signees when they were released as well.

Sad thing is that the UNC outcome kind of defangs the NCAA for future Penn State / Baylor scenarios. If there isnt a pay to play issue or an explicit quid pro quo or managed expectation of academic grades, seems to be outside the NCAA purview and hammer now.
