next stop for Dems-delegitimize Supreme Court
https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/...ion-215772

Elizabeth Warren launches an attack on the ethics of the Supreme Court, of course, only Republican ones.

Next effort of the left to try to de-legitimize American institutions. When she starts throwing in the Koch Brothers, your eyes start to glaze over.

She is proposing an ethics code for the Supreme Court, but its really just another way to attack decisions the left doesn't like.

RE: next stop for Dems-delegitimize Supreme Court
Reading the article, and trying to understand a complete bozo like Fauxcahontas, it says that Gorsuch will be the tipping vote that will strip the unions ability to collect dues. Yet, in her warped mind that somehow costs the workers (who could be being forced to pay fees/ dues they don't want to pay) their FREEDOM.

Choosing not to pay dues = loss of freedom.

Cant make this stuff up.

that dipshite would be better served to focus on HER RESPONSIBILITIES if she TRULY GAVE a SHITE about her constituency......but we already know 'why' she doesn't.....

Well,

The socialists have been working non-stop for a year now to delegitimize the Presidency, warren and her fellow travelers like the Bern, Elisson, Hooker Hat and Stuart smally have done yeoman’s work in wrecking the rep of the legislative branch, what’s left?

Oh, the SC!

Let’s get busy with the effort to destroy this institution as well. It’s only the pinnacle of a free nation.

Who needs all that? Full on banana republic here we come!!!

I can't wait until Ginsberg and Kennedy retire so President Trump can add two more principled conservatives to the court.

My picks are Mike Lee and LION Ted.

I'd much rather see Cruz on the SOTUS instead of his current position or prez.....

I think he'd do a great job as a constitutional justice....

the question is, would he accept the nomination?

Good question for Buzzy Ginsberg, no doubt.

Why you asking me that?

No, but they open themselves up to questions of impartiality and conflicts of interest by doing so. Do you think SCOTUS members should be held to very high standards on issues like that?

I really don't care about some faux "impartiality" plea from the left right now because they are the ones who started the process to where the court is partisan with the Bork saga. Every justice appointed since that time is beholden to the political party that elevated them to the position. As long as they render sound legal and Constitutional decisions instead of trying to be some kind of judicial advocate legislating from the bench I honestly don't care.

Wait, you're holding it against the Dems that they didn't approve a SCOTUS nomineee who ultimately fired the special prosecutor during the Saturday Night Massacre? That's where you think the moral high ground was lost?

And this is a way to try to disqualify votes from judges who vote against them and a way to challenge cases after they have been decided.

Why do you insist on trotting out this canard? Yes I'm aware you said "your picks", but you've trotted out those names before and never prefaced it with "my picks".
