That’s the message out of the Democratic National Committee’s hiring team, currently on the hunt to fill multiple vacancies in their tech department.

DNC’s Data Service Manager Madeleine Leader purportedly wrote in an email that the desire for diversity excludes “cisgender straight white males.”

Leader adds, “I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, as they are already in the majority.”

I hope they get hacked again.

Isn't that violating some type of employment law?

State universities do it also. UC says in their hiring statement something like "non traditional" people they are looking for.

They are just hedging so they don't have to violate their code of ethics again. They had to make the last cisgendered straight white male tech employee disappear (his name was Seth Rich). Gays and minorities know when to shut their phuckin mouths when on the plantation.

That has to violate some discrimination statute. Having been in "tech" most of my adult life I think I should apply and then sue for damages under anti-discrimination laws.
