Another one in London, Panic in Covent Garden as ‘black cab ploughs into pedestrians’
People have reportedly been seen running down The Strand near London’s Covent Garden as a taxi mounted the pavement. Witnesses say the car ‘ploughed into people’ on Southampton Street in the busy central area of the capital. Millionaire Brexit-backer investigated over EU referendum funding Jay Gilbert told Metro.co.uk that his daughter Christie witnessed the shocking incident. He said a taxi mounted the pavement, hit people, and that ‘she saw bodies all over the floor’.
