I feel Scissum transferring out is a testimony of how good these young players are. He left VCU because he could not gain enough court time. He is leaving JMU for the same reason.

If these guys can gain some confidence and continue to learn to play together, the sky is the limit for this group. The talent is there. The chemistry is developing but not yet there.

I agree with this. I have seen some BAD JMU hoops teams. This team has way more talent than anything Dean Keener coached, as an example.

More raw talent would be more accurate. This is the most raw talented class since, Cooke, Nation and Curry. Let’s hope this Freshman class sticks together and avoids the land mines of the college experience.
