Dang......three P5 road games next year and then 3 total the following year. I'd say your AD is trying to pay some bills. Even if the Vandy game next year is a home and home deal it's still going to be good paydays you'd think

That's what it boils down to. As soon as our TV deal was announced last year he got on the phone.

Georgia = $1.7 million
Michigan = $1.6 million
Iowa = $1.55 million
Kentucky = $1.2 million

We got $950,000 for beating Syracuse.

If you're keeping score at home that's about $7 million (which - in total - is still less than any of those teams will get just for themselves from their own conference distribution at the end of the year).

That will probably become the norm unless our tv deal picks back up. However, with the talk of all the ESPN, cord cutting and the extravagant contracts tv has already paid I don't feel like we'll get much of a payraise the next go round for the tv contract

The only way to avoid a thread like this getting lost in the shuffle is to pin it at the top. That way adjustments can be made from time to time and we can all track it much easier.
