My guess is they are gonna try and guess who is gonna win the MWC and the MAC and give them a 24 and 25 respectively, and then see how it plays out over the next couple weeks.

I would not be shocked if Toledo gets ranked. I would be shocked if Boise or SDSU are. All three are likely to be in front of USF, due to USF having the 108th ranked schedule in the country. Just in front of ODU.
