The highest ranked scoring offense that NIU has played so far this season is San Diego State, which comes in at a sizzling #80 in the nation.

Toledo is current ranked #11. So .... ?

Toledo built its offensive stats upon the 86th worst strength of schedule in the country. Likewise, NIU's D stats are built on the 84th worst. I wouldn't get too caught up in specific #s for either. I'd just say the rockets have a really good offense and NIU has a really good defense. It will be exciting to see how it plays out.

+100 04-cheers Hoping for a good, healthy game for both teams. And a Rocket victory of course!

If the weather is dry, Toledo wins 45-21.
If it is rainy, Toledo wins 28-24.

What if the 1st half is dry and the 2nd half is rainy?

Well, If the first half is dry and 2nd half is rainy Toledo wins 35-17
But if the 1st half is wet and the second half is dry Toledo wins 21-17
If it rains the 1st quarter, but not the second or third, but again in the 4th, Toledo wins 26-24
If it rains in the 3rd, but not 2nd, Toledo wins in overtime.
The only way non-rival NIU wins is if graduation standards are lowered.

RE: Predictions and Thoughts
Woodside's one weakness is that he is mediocre bad weather passer. Certainly, weather affects many QBs but some have the ability to transcend it and still throw nice balls. Woodside's normal tight spirals get very fluttery in poor weather so cold rain is a real issue. If it's dry UT should win fairly easily. Crappy weather and I'd give NIU a chance.

This looks like a winner. I have no idea on weather to use the various 'plucker predictions

We never got those two safeties I was counting on, though.
