I was in Saudi Arabia 10 days before my first baby was born. My wife was not happy with me. However, it was an essential trip for my business, that I could not miss. I also, as I am sure you have, have had numerous military friends miss the birth of their children. There is no book answer for what to do. Everyone just has to do what they think is right I guess.

Everyone has different priorities. Some, such as the military, are involuntary. Others have a choice.

Does the team fly out Thursday or Friday?
