Guess I meant historical cities in "the West." I know where UTSA is. They showed it just outside the Hurricane zone on the map like 300 times this fall, even if I didn't already know. Just typing faster than brain engaged. Sorry for the slight.

There are several reasons these two are referred to as twins. Certainly they are the two oldest cities in C-USA West. Both were founded as Spanish settlements, El Paso in 1690, and San Antonio in 1718. The fact that both were birthed/discharged from the University of Texas (you can visualize that as you please ), and have been forced to share colors, hand signs, and unaccepted UT applicants, only reinforces their status as twins.
