If he took back his own property, and if he has his own key to the place, how exactly is that burglary?

That's still assault 03-lmfao

Aggravated burglary is worse than the likely assault charge he'll be facing(EDIT* assuming he faces any charge at all)... I've never studied law and even I know that.

I know...but just bringing up that there's still a crime in there regardless of headphone ownership. God...this is a weird Friday 03-lmfao

Yeah, and I shouldn't be bartering down my ethical standards like that... Hoping for Assault is not exactly setting the bar high.
Still, I remember being 20 years old. If I saw what he saw, I wouldn't just be stoic and completely indifferent to it either.

Not going to cheer him on for Whaling on someone, just really hate it when we have clear momentum and retarded **** happens.

People on the Twitter seem to be lightening up on the situation. As in, they seem to be backpedaling how serious this is going to be. What seemed to be a potential disaster is, seemingly, not so catastrophic now. No idea what's changed, but something has folks calming down. You guys are right, today is weird as sh!t.

A rumor obviously started from somewhere. Guessing there was some sort of incident. My guess is everyone assumed the worst and then the full story came out, and it wasn't "that bad."

No idea if that's true but that's my speculation on their speculation.

I still got a kick at how they were all banded together against us pleebs. "Get your own sources' blah blah. I'd rather have no sources than unreliable ones.

Quote:MORGANTOWN — Mountaineer mascot Troy Clemons was arrested for DUI, according to court records.

The Monongalia County Sheriffs Department arrested him on Oct. 27. He was arraigned in Monongalia County Magistrate Court and released on a personal recognizance bond.

According to his criminal complaint: A deputy stopped Clemons for speeding on Stewartstown Road.

He failed field sobriety tests, and a preliminary breath test showed a .126 blood alcohol content, above the .08 legal driving limit.

(10-27-2017 12:33 PM)rath v2.0 Wrote:  I almost expect that the DUI was part of his job description.

If his BAC was only .126, I would say he's underperforming to say the least.

He must have been out with Huggs and the nominated DD. Lol. That Mountain shine is some strong stuff! I never knew they had breathalyzers in Morgantown...

I'm glad the UC situation has died down and I hope nothing is going to come of it. It makes sense from everything heard and said that there was some sort of transgression, but that it was blown out of proportion and charges not filed...at least that's what I am hoping for.

Tim Crowell, was driving W/O a license, wrecked a car, left the scene (2006) after midnight, and the fishwrap did not report it or they buried it. Local media likes Mick. That is all I can think of.

Looks like this was all a lot of wasted energy. Crazy day though.

I'd have turned a heavy crank all day if it preserved UC's chances for this coming season, energy be d4mned. Best possible outcome if that's the end of all this.

I was starting to wonder if CNN or MSNBC had started this rumor. Hope whoever made it up, doesn't get into a habit of trying it more as the season progresses.

Always two sides to every story. Sounds like one got out and made the rounds well before the other.

I'd say if he ends up playing today, it at least means it's not major enough where he'll get kicked off the team. I could see it maybe leading to a suspension of some games. "Fingers Crossed"
