That's awesome! Keep throwing that shade Blake. I've grown to strongly dislike Arkansas with how they treat you guys. They don't have the teams to put their self on that pedestal. Money doesn't buy wins every time apparently.

Coming from a state overun with Bammers/Barners, when asked and we tell them we cheer for the Jags I can say this is absolutely great!

I hate the Arkansas Razorbacks. Also, not a big fan of the Red Wolves fans..... but I HATE the fact 7/10 cars in the Little Rock Area From Cabot to Searcy (or was it Beebe?) drove maroonish vehicles adorned with razorback chrome emblems. I HATE the fact I could never go to Willie D's after a deployment without hearing their stupid fight song and that bull-feces woo pig excrement. I HATE THE PIGLETS.

UALR getting football brings in a whole new dynamic to the argument. The truth is, the "Razorback Nation" is eroding at a rapid pace and the reality is scaring the hell out of those who have blindly followed the mantra injected by Frank and followed by Long. Baby steps for all of us but it is happening.

I don't remember the exact verbage, but it was pretty close to that.

It's been national Pile on Arkansas day today. UCA ripped off Arkansas "Uncommon" theme and used it to talk about their amazing Southland record on their official Twitter. Commisioner of the Great American Conference (The D2 schools in Arkansas and Oklahoma) Felt the need to point out that 7 football teams in Arkansas were either in first or a game out of first in their conference right now, and none of them were the Razorbacks. Last time the state had this much fun at the pigs expense was in 2012 when ULM beat Arkansas and then AState beat ULM by 3 touchdowns.

Anderson's joke got picked up by a couple national writers as well. We're going to hear about it for a couple weeks with AState playing a NMSU team that gave Arkansas a game this week, and Coastal traveling to Fayetteville next weekend three weeks after getting blown out in Jonesboro. Score comparisons aplenty approaching.

It's times like these where you see who needs to get a gripe (ditto the people who harass players on social media and make death threats against coaches).

I love football, I've been to around 300 AState games. I watch football several days a week. I talk football several times a day every day. I never enjoy losing and yeah I'll be in a bad mood for several hours, maybe a full 24 to 30 hours after a bad game but these people who go into rages, they really ought to redirect to something else.

Funny, but now we better take care of business against NMSU. Everyone in these parts will be comparing scores Saturday night.
