EMU's QB has thrown 9 this year; let's add a few more to that tally!

A dropped interception is still a well-defended pass. Of course, you can not intercept runs or even some very well thrown passes. 03-idea* As long as Smith and Johnson and Co. can keep up the QB pressure and TFLs, desperate and hurried throws can lead to more Huskie INTs.

I'm guessing the rush defense numbers for EMU would look somewhat better if they hadn't played Army, and the passing numbers somewhat worse.

Didn't Sutton " intercept" that ball right out of the RB's hand and take it in for a score??

RE: Interception watch
IIRC Mykelti's dropped int. ended up being a BG scoring drive. The points weren't critical in this game but they may be in another (also a captain obvious comment).

How can they give up so many yards and so few points? Is this a bend don't break Def?

You are correct. Might have been a pick six, instead kept the drive alive and BG went down and scored a TD.
