I would really like for someone who understands what was wrong with this to explain I to me.

Doubt you'll get an explanation, but in the event that you do I'll be curious to see if they'll just as heartily condemn President Obama for saying essentially the same thing during the memorial service for the five slain Dallas officers.

Quote:But your work and the work of police officers across the country is like no other. For the moment you put on that uniform, you have answered a call that at any moment, even in the briefest interaction, may put your life in harm's way.

But knowing the clowns who have been protesting the most I feel pretty sure that you and I both stand a far greater chance of being lifted into the heavens and seated at the right hand of God than you getting an explanation and me seeing one of them condemn Obama.

Comparing Trump to Obama is not a good example. Obama is very good at chosen his words right. Trump does not. Trump is not very good at using the words correctly which leads to get people upset. You need to understand that Trump is more of not a College nerd like the other Presidents. He does not have the knowledge of the English language to chose words wisely so not to insult people that are grieving.

Pardon me while I kick back with a hot cup of black joe and laugh my arse off at your consistent inability to formulate coherent sentences in your efforts to attack the President of the United States for the words he chooses.

Probably something to the effect "he died doing what he loved" or "...what he wanted to do" would have been more tactful than saying he knew what he was getting into, when talking to a grieving widow.

Not a big issue in the greater scheme of things, IMO.

It's the "scheme of things" where the two sides clearly differ here.

Yup... Just put out a statement saying I'm sorry if my words on the call missed the mark, I was trying to honor a great sacrifice and failed to communicate that point. My prayers and throughts are with the family as they deal with such a loss.

This is what I am saying. From what I understand, the White House staff hurriedly gather all the information for Trump to make the calls. He may have been less prepared to do these calls while calls he made earlier he was prepared. Trump should have taken the high road from the get go, and just ignored the Congresswoman. Than, it would not have been escalated further.

Please, expound upon us further your vast experience in the White House. Specifically, how it relates to public affairs.
