Why is Rand Paul allowed...
to ride the backs of the Republican Party if he's not really a Republican but actually another party. This RINO votes/thinks like a Demoncrat. I say he does it because he would not get elected if he showed his true colors.

This shows how politically uneducated you are.
A single google search would have told you what you needed to know.
The wikipedia page on him says "Paul has described himself as a "constitutional conservative". He is generally described as a libertarian, a term he both embraced and rejected during his first Senate campaign."
